"Pool area look clean, but it was too cold. The only thing I felt was the lobby could be a little bit updated"

"The hotel was extremely clean. Parking was easy. It's close enough to the strip where you can get there in 10 minutes but far enough away so the prices are not bad. There's a HUGE shopping center right next to it with multiple eateries and outles. I would stay at the same Hotel again. Oh and breakfast was delicious but make sure you add salt and pepper on your scrambled eggs though the rest was awesome"

"Could use a bit of maintenance in the unit. Check in on a Friday afternoon was at least an hour wait, if not more. The staff did their best to "herd" us into a moving line as best they could. Once we got to the desk though it was quite quick. We only visited the main pool as it was windy and cooler during most of our stay but the warmer day we found it to be enjoyable with plenty of seating. A shuttle to/from the strip would have been ideal. Would likely stay again."

"I liked the original impression of the hotel. The check-in was cumbersome. After a long day of driving, they catch you right at the front desk and try to sell you on a resort visit. They offer money on a card to do so, but I didn't appreciate the sales pitch and the pressure to agree. There were hidden charges, the said that some fees were paid by Hotels.com, but then they wanted $300 deposit for amenities. The pool was beautiful, but it was windy all the days we were there, so it was closed. The room was not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub had hair on the floor. The tub also didn't drain, and we had to have maintenance come fix it. It drained well after that. The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises. The did allow us to check-out one day early, as we decided to take two days to drive home instead of one."
