The breakfast is decent, but the AC in our room is so loud like an airplane that none of us slept well. And the mattress is way too soft, so it sinks when sleeping on it and it made my back hurts. Lastly, they offer free shuttle but it is every one hour which is very inconvenient. A lot of other hotels that I stayed at before typically offers free shuttle to airport every 15 minutes.

Booked this hotel because we’re currently moving from NV to another state. Stayed for two nights and it was great. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, rooms are very clean and much like another review said- it does not reek of bleach and the sheets are actually soft. Came in with my pup and the staff was very helpful with him and they have relief areas in the parking lot as well. It’s basic but has all we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Another plus is we could not hear the highway, maybe a plane now and then but nothing crazy.

The hotel itself is decent, 24x7 coffee and filtered water downstairs. But if any issues arise—you’re on your own. Got a welcome text but when asked the welcome person for partial refund due to all-night loud construction right under our windows, the welcome person ghosted me. No usual “how was your stay?” at checkout. Wouldn’t stay here again unless had no other options.
