Shuttle service takes a while, need to schedule for rides to the airport. My bathroom was a little funky. There was a musty smell coming from the shower, and the floor was dirty. My microwave had food debris and crumbs from a previous guest. The A/C unit was cracked, so the vibration created a rattling sound. Last downside was no free wifi. Tried to charge me even though I'm a Gold member. Other than that, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable

Next to freeway but I saw that before. Room is quiet so you don’t hear the freeway just the entry is also the onramp for the freeway so you will occasionally hear car honking because of the near accidents lol

The staff was extremely helpful when I needed assistance, and the family friendliness was stellar. The pool area was great, especially because of the waiting area for smaller children. Even with the remodeling work going on, everything was clean and accessible.

There was some construction that caused some problems in the lobby area, but it will be over by now probably. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

We stayed one night due to a flight cancellation. For awareness, the area is not super well lit at night (granted we checked in at 11:30pm) so our taxi had a little difficulty finding the parking lot entrance, and the hotel was undergoing renovations. We were told we had a brand new room, but the fridge was dirty (looked moldy) and one of the beds was either not placed properly on the bedframe or the bed frame was broken, because when we sat down the bed tilted severely to one side. Otherwise it was clean and it was fine for what we needed for one night though.
