Night before checking out, we heard water running from another unit about 11pm. We called to report the noise and was told that other guest could run a bath and use the jacuzzi in the building we were staying in. If the walls are that paper thin you can hear water running in a tub in another unit, you need to let folks know to not use the bathtub late in the day. Or fix the walls!! Iron died on us also during our stay

Loved the room accommodations. Roomy and well equipped. The parking situation has a lot to be desired. There are so many buildings and not enough parking. Staff was pleasant. Loved the coupon books from next door Southpoint resort. Dis not care for the timeshare sell.
