Everytime we have stayed there is always something. The toilet flushed slowly. Then, tried to flush, but water started rising. Then, it overflowed. It took engineer like an hour to come fix toilet. After that, had to wait on housekeeping to come clean up the floor. It's always something that doesn't work. I like the resort because it a nice staycation getaway. The large tub the best thing!

Checked into the room and their were dirty underwear in the room. Report to management and they did not believe me. This had dust on it and had been there for sometime. Hotel is refused to provide any credit for dirty room.

10/10 on the room but the walk to the room was pretty long. You check in then walk a mile to your hotel room (not really but it’s far) Overall, I’ll stay here again because the casino right next door is a great place to blow some money.
