Bathroom shower needs shelving for shampoos. More hooks in bathrooms for towels to dry. Make sure battery for fire alarm is in place. Shuttle to grocery store needs more available times. Coffee pot wasn't cleaned. Security people need to walk around more often. Be aware of what is going on outside LOVED the early check-in and check-out. Perfect setup with casino next door and their restaurants.

Usually a good stay

Check in was smooth but the tour admin was very unorganized. They didn’t properly register me for my tour so I missed out on the promotion. I went to the front desk to clarify the issue and they stumbled and struggled to get me on the list. My room and stay was comfortable. Housekeeping should be a little more detailed with cleaning the furniture. The dining room chairs had a few food stains but only noticeable if you’re a neat freak like me. Overall I love the grand view. I never usually go on the tours but I tried this time and they blew it. Otherwise everything was great.

I loved that it was away from the strip and it was very quiet we sleep like babies. Bed was very comfy. This is my new hotel always. The parking was a little difficult.
