The staff was great. I requested a pet friendly room and first room I was provided smelled of urine to the point it stung my nostrils and felt that I smelled like it after I left the room to head to work which I had in the area. I let the staff know and they gave me a different room which was way better and had no odors. Shopping and variety of food options across the street and area was walkable so I was able to take my dog for walks in the area. Breakfast was waffle man’s cereal eggs sausage fruits pastries coffee juice which was not bad.

Lackluster Stay

The room was clean enough. The water pressure was lacking. It said the pool was heated, but it was not. Breakfast was minimal, not very good, and super crowded. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to refill the coffee.

Carpet was nasty and full of stains, the corridor to the room was with smoke smell. Room beds were good and AC was good. Service was poor and they didn't pick up the phone. Also the breakfast was terrible

Safe parking, breakfast was ok, room wasn’t clean, dirty walls, we found a shirt from someone who stayed there prior. Shower head was broken, cold water was leaking from it (only when turning the water on). The good thing is that they have a fridge and microwave. Overall, we would not recommend. Check for something else.

They always put the handicap rooms allll the way down the carpeted hallway y’all know what it’s like to go cross carpet Wheelchair especially thick carpet. Can I ride a bike through sand a lot of work?
