"I’ve stayed here before and thought the property was clean and perfectly placed close to all the stores. However this recent stay left me confused. When I checked in the gentleman decided to give me an upgrade (which is generally an awesome gesture) so I was naturally thrilled and thankful. The next morning at around 7:30am I woke up to the sound of what I thought was a trash truck moving dumpsters... it lasted so long that my only choice was to wake up early and get ready to check out. I went outside to see what all the noise was about and it wasn’t a trash truck it was a construction site! Yay! Typically one would like to delay their check out time... not me and not that day. I was so disappointed. What’s the point of upgrading your night stay. When I checked out I asked the gentleman what room I would have originally had and he said it would have been one facing out towards courtyard! If only I had asked these questions before. My lack of asking questions and no common sense... pick a room over looking the courtyard! Or make sure to do a drive around the property! "

"This hotel used to be quite nice years ago but now it is completely neglected. I would NOT recommend anyone staying here as it is not a welcoming experience. There was a burst pipe in the underground parking lot with water spewing everywhere..thank God our car was not in that area. Upon entering the room, all the furniture is very outdated including the miserable kitchen cabinets and bathroom shower. The pool was the only "amenity" and the deck surrounding it is very cracked and chipped. Worst was that they refuse to give you a receipt when you check out and leave the credit card deposit on your account! Totally unacceptable!"
