This was our first time to Palm Springs this hotel location was great for us as a couple. Hotel staff were savaging and helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area.

Baylon front desk rep inadequate

Front desk rep Baylen had no clue on how to run the front desk. It literally took 5 to 10 minutes for him to check us in. At check out he was at the front desk again.and managed to accumulate a long line because of his inadequacies. He has no business being there

Can not go wrong with Palm Springs!

We come to Palm Springs (my favorite So Cal location) for our 50th Anniversary! The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to the main area of Palm Springs. They were very staff short! When we arrived our air conditioning was malfunctioning. They eventually moved us to a new room with a view of the pool area, which was very nice! It is definitely a party hotel. So, if that is what you are looking for lots of music, dancing, pool parties, etc, this is the hotel for you! Overall we enjoyed our stay. It’s location made it perfect for shopping and eating!

The overall stay and staff were nice. The rooms were not my favorite and was not cleaned the entire time of my stay. I even put the card on my door to get service as well as ask a housekeeping individual I saw in the halls. My bathroom was very dusty and a spider crawled on me the first night:(
