The hotel room was large and satisfactory but needed updating. The hotel needed a whole makeover. There seemed to be very few guests staying at the time and it's a large complex. The first morning of our vacation we woke up to no running water. There was no way I was staying there. The staff was wonderful and the young man at reception told me they had a sister hotel and maybe they might have a room. I went over to take a look and it was lovely. I'm so happy this young man made the suggestion. I gave credit to new hotel not knowing is I would get refunded by Expedia but when I contacted them they straightened it out in minutes and also refunded the night I stayed at the Zoso. My vacation was wonderful from that moment on.

Staff was curteous and nice. The room had leftover hair in one of the towels and I saw some pubes on the counter! One of the lamps wasn't working either. For those with young children, know that this place has a night club beside it so expect to hear some of the loud music seeping into your room. Otherwise, room was fine.

This place is beautiful. I booked another hotel that was dirty and immediately got refunded ao i had to find something last minute on valentines eve and this hotel was able to accommodate us last minute and made us feel so welcome. Everything was clean and the whole resort smelled ao nice. I will definitely be back
