As most other people reviewed, this is an old property that does not meet Hyatt standards. Building need lots of improvements. If it were a lower grade hotel chain I would have given it a better review. If you are expecting Hyatt quality, you will be disappointed. The hotel is right downtown with lots of good restaurants and shops. It's worth staying there because of the nice area. Just don't expect much from the hotel quality.

Older hotel, could use some room updates. Overall we had a great experience at PS Hyatt. Breakfast was outstanding & kids played in pool all day. Had nice view of pool & mountains from our balcony. Walking distance to everything in Palm Springs strip. Quick check-in & parked for free in public garage & on-street. Hotel had one of the nicest weight rooms I have ever used in a hotel. All equipment was like new. We will book again
