The staff was very kind from the front desk to the dinning area and the cleaning staff. I enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent. You can walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars in down town Palm Springs. I’ll be coming back. There is a great pool area too. Parking was no problem. Loved this place!

Property was fine, staff not so much. Upon arrival, I walked up to front desk to check in, guy at the desk said nothing to me at all, just looked at me. No hello, how can I help you, nothing at all, so I told him my name and that I was checking in, things moved forward from there. Went downstairs for breakfast and experienced the very same unwelcoming vibe from the breakfast staff. I walked in the clubhouse and said good morning, she looked at me said nothing and continued with her duties. I can’t say. Hospitality is more than providing a room, it is making your guests feel welcomed and invited from the moment they step foot on your property until the moment they leave. Not sure if I would stay here again based on my encounters with the hotel staff.

The location of the property was great! It was close to everything! The rooms were outdated but clean. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was too low. The property was very clean and the landscaping was beautiful! The breakfast was good but I wish they had more options for food or changed it up a little bit. ( add bacon one day) Staff was friendly. I would stay here again!

I dont think ill stay here again. The pool was really dirty and reaked of chlorine. Sink water was not going down. There was a dried up buger on the shower curtain. Maid was supper loud when clean the room next to us.
