Adorable, large room, corner unit with private deck, I believe the room was called Desert Oasis. Everyone who worked at the hotel and the sister hotel next door, were friendly, helpful, and made great local suggestions of things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Maria the Irish Sassy Sensation at the front desk welcomed us with a glass of rose, then showed us to our fun bungalow room in this historic hotel. The hotel definitely has seen the ages but you can tell it’s been well loved. The mountain views, easy access location to all that downtown Palm Springs has to offer. Also, Queer community friendly.

We stayed for one night to get away and it was perfect. Despite the slight winds and chilly weather, the pool was perfectly heated. Loved the proximity to the main street shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again for a longer stay.

Five nights here were excellent! The location is ideal, and the staff—at the desk, pool, and breakfast—were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our well appointed quiet room, had a super comfortable bed for great sleep. Breakfast at the sister hotel was fresh and delicious, with homemade granola, fruit, coffee, and menu options handled perfectly by staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay special. We left extremely happy and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Location was wonderful. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in downtown. The hotel is old (small bathrooms) but well taken care of and so charming. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Love this place and I’m hoping it can make its way back to its first rate state of being. The place looks a bit tired, staff from neighboring hotel use it as a cut thru, plants not maintained, much of plumbing needs fixing, towels and poolside accessories seem like hand me downs.

The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The patio was beautiful, but could use some new furnishings. The staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
