Whenever we go to Miami, we choose this hotel because it's truly comfortable. The only thing I would have to criticize is the TV service, as it doesn't have the technology to connect our Netflix and other accounts, and the TVs themselves seemed quite small. In other words, they are lagging behind other hotels in updating their rooms.

Hotel has 2 elevators and only one was working. One of the days none of the elevators worked so guest had to use the stairs. There was music playing all night at the pool which made it hard to fall and stay asleep
