I went 3 days without Wifi and nobody could help me!! Everytime i asked at the frontdesk they say when the manager come but apparently manager never came to the hotel.. Breakfast is just some cereal and waffle everyday..

This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I’ve ever had. When I arrived, the front desk clerk told me he couldn’t find my reservation, even though I had already paid in advance. I had to show him the confirmation myself, only to find out he had already given my room to someone else. He finally gave me another room — but it didn’t have any hot water. I had my one-year-old with me, which made the situation even worse. It’s hard enough traveling with a baby, but not being able to bathe or get warm water was completely unacceptable. The clerk apologized and promised a discount for the trouble, but when I checked out, I was still billed the full amount. Between the confusion, lack of professionalism, and broken promises, this experience was beyond disappointing. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Mal por qué me están cobrando algo que no deben ya que por salud no me fue posible viajar y aparte de la 1 noche que por políticas cobra y no me opongo me siguen cobrando cosas que no debe ser como el resto de reserva ojalá me solucionen eso por qué tengo un correo de parte del hotel donde dicen que la reserva se cancela y solo cobrarán la primera noche entonces no se por que siguen cobrando ojalá deben solucionarme eso por qué eso hace qver muy mal el hotel

The room was cozy and the hotel was near to a lot of places. Breakfast was tasty with pretty good options. The only grievance was the moldy smell of the carpet that made the stay a little uncomfortable.
