"When you walk into the hotel, you are greeted warmly by the staff. The hotel lobby is very nice with a beautiful waterfall. When you walk into the room, it will be cozy and smells really good. My complaint is that the rooms need to be updated. It needs a separate tub and shower. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. The popcorn ceilings need to go. If you have back problems bring your heating pad and medication. This hotel has potential and needs to be better. Also, parking is $30 per day. I will give it a 6.5 out of 10. "

"Promised 2 queen size beds. Not on property. Got 2 doubles. Did not fit our party . Could not add a cot. Conceige gave poor recommendation for Italian dinner and couldn’t confirm reservation but we walked right in…"

"We enjoyed some time at the beach, in the pool and at one of the bars. We also enjoyed our breakfast that we had delivered to our room on our last day. Only thing that went wrong is when we had not power or hot water in our original room but we were upgraded to another building where our room had AC, power, and hot water."

"When I walked into the lobby it smelled like an ashtray and low class rooms but I paid for it without knowing so that’s my fault. I never checked into the room because only thing came to mind was bed bugs instead I stayed downtown at the Alea on 4th."

"Everything was perfect from the location right on the strip and across from the beach, the decor and vibe, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was clean and a perfect size for my daughter and I. We knew to call for our car early, so never had any problems with the valet service (anywhere from 15-30 minutes). You can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily also. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!"
