Overall the property was nice and clean. Pool area was nice. Restaurant & bar in hotel was perfect. The room we had stayed in was pretty dirty & could of been cleaned more. The room had lots of dust and the room floor was so dirty the bottoms of my feet turned black.

Room awful. Smelled, carpet stained, probably NEVER updated (looked nothing like pictures, especially bathroom), mini frig noisy, toilet ran after every flushing (had to jiggle handle to stop it each time), coffee machine didn’t work, and pillows so big I have a neck ache!

It was just “ok”. I was very surprised at a $60 charge for checking in before 3p. We went for a walk to burn time until then. If rooms were available around noon, I’m sure filling them with the people waiting around in the lobby could’ve been done. I think I’ll try another hotel the next time I’m in Miami.
