The parking charges were $35.00 per night, yet there was not enough space available for guests. We experienced parking issues for two days, and the lot itself was flooded. Additionally, we noticed that during an event at the property, parking was being offered at $5.00 per car—significantly less than what guests are required to pay—which seems unfair to paying clients. This situation also led to our car and much more clients from the hotel, being parked on the grass in flooded conditions. I also requested a fan, and while the front desk staff said they would try to provide one and call me back, I am still waiting for a response. This was my second stay at the Pullman, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I plan to share this experience in a Google review so that others are aware.

Overall great customer service and hotel but needs upgrade. Air conditioner barely worked, old carpet and furniture. Pillows were this time horrible. The carpet was partially wet from rain and it was very moldy air and hot in the room. Also, the rooms had broken furniture, electrical outlets, toilet and sink and room was only partially cleaned.

Shuttle never came, toilet kept having a draining noise every 15 min, room kept having humming sound coming from the ceiling, lotion was empty. Housekeeping did replace. Manager Lucia’s agreed to reverse 50 percent. I kind of thought I should have had a complete refund In lieu of all the hiccups while in vacation.
