The staff was nice. The hotel is not as pictured. Both the hotel and the rooms are very dated. The food from the bar is expensive and not tasty. They don’t have a beverage or snack area with items for purchase. The air in my room pumped the same temp no matter what temperature I put it on. It was a quick overnight stay for me so I wasn’t too bothered by the stay but I definitely book for extended stay trips.

It was pleasant, very easy check in. Only 50 dollar early check in fee. The only thing I was not a fan of was if you’re a guest staying multiple nights in the hotel then parking should not be an entire separate fee of 35 per night, I think as long as you’re staying you should be able to to park for the length of stay. Other than that, the room was nice, staff were kind and it was a good choice super close to the airport.

one person from the staff was nice. i had to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. i called front desk four times and they continuously hung up the phone. i had to go all the way downstairs by the front desk to beg them to send someone up to unclog the toilet and the person took 16 minutes. lastly, the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. i found fake rose petals on the floor by the bed and the mattress was not properly covered. and the sheet had stains on them. very disappointed. this was my first time in miami and i wish i would’ve stayed somewhere else.

The rooms were disgusting , the bathroom tile was cracked and the showers had mole. The carpet smelled like mildew and the thermostat wasn’t adjusting so the room was like an icebox. The room kept making this weird knocking noise all night and day. We had to complain on our neighbor because their music was so loud. Overall the hotel gave scary movie vibes. Luckily I was only there for 2 days. My best friends even had the same issues and we were all on the same floor. For it to be a 4 star hotel the rooms were not what we were expecting. The bar and the lobby area was really nice
