"We were put in a room that was double-booked but that is understandable because mistakes happen. We got upgraded to a better room that I could tell was just cleaned. Unfortunately between the bed and the nightstand I seen a stain on the wall and carpet that looked like puke; so clearly it wasn’t cleaned well. Other than that, I liked my stay."

"We traveled with our grandson, were hoping to make use of the family fun station which was closed while we were there. Outdoor pool was nice, clean and not too crowded. We stayed in the north tower which was easy to get to the beach and boardwalk once you figured out the maze of the hotel. Restaurants were all amazing, plus the marketplace shops. Staff was very helpful. Room was older but clean and comfortable. Slept well. I'd stay here again minus a child. Website made it seem much more kid friendly than it was"

"The Claridge was a great place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Near the board walk. Since it was the off season, we got an ocean view room for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, their computer system was down. So the key cards could not be made. We had to call the front desk to get someone to let us into our room each time we left. Furthermore, their internet was down as well. This was really annoying as it was down for both days that we stayed. Also, be warned in advance that parking is taken care of by a company not associated with the hotel. There is no reserved parking for the hotel. You have to pay for it on the side with a vendor not associated with the hotel. There are a limited number of spaces next to the hotel. The general lot is a block away. Since this was the off season, I was able to pay for a close parking space. I wish I had known this in advance."
