Hotel was visually appealing and the room was nice. Check in was at 3pm and we could not check in until 5:30pm. We had to leave our luggage in the lobby and hang out until our room was ready. The 4 toilets in the gym area were clogged and not usable. The cleaning crew was likely understaffed.

The room was clean, very modern and well kept. The amenities were on target. The only complaint was the staff. It did not appear they saw their job as serving the customer. Exhibited no interest in responding to needs requested. Their attitudes were lukewarm at best. This was experienced with three different women. I could have given 3 1/2 stars for this reason. This rating is generous.

I was charged double for the room (a mistake by the front desk) and still have not received my refund. The water bottles and wine glasses provided in the room were drank out of/used. My family and I received noise complaints and got threats of being kicked out (this was on New Year's eve - we were watching the CNN countdown on TV which caused the "noise complaints"). I will never stay here again and I don't suggest anyone else does. The good reviews must be paid or sponsored.
