Cheap flights from Taipei (TPE) to San Francisco (SJC)

Taipei Chiang Kai Shek (TPE) can be reached via Route 1 to Route 2 from downtown Taipei, or from routes 4, 15 and 61. Flight duration is 11 hours at shortest or up to 15 hours, depending on connectors. After landing at San Francisco International (SFO), you can take Route 101 or I-280 north to downtown San Francisco, or south to San Mateo, San Jose Redwood City and Mountain View.

San Francisco is surrounded on three sides by oceanic waters, making it cool and mild all year round. The summer sees very low rainfall and extremely comfortable temperatures, making June through September the best times to visit. In contrast, November through March is extremely rainy, so pack an umbrella if you're visiting during this time.
