Only told me pool was on the second floor, so I wandered around looking for it in my building. One elevator was out the entire time I was there, so it created a pile up at the other elevator, and even though staff knew that, it took them 12 hours to put a sign up."

"We would like to give a shout out to the front staff, especially Priscilla, and Charles who genuinely cared about their guests, and manager Harvey, who did everything he could to make things happen.
