Insufficient air conditioning.
Our flight attendant had an accent and talked super fast so I wish she would have slowed down a little
Did not appreciate being asked to check in carry on when there is plenty of space in overheads, and waiting 25 minuets later because of malfunctioning elevator.
I missed my connection flight
This was not an actual JAL plane. It was an AA plane, a 787 to be exact. It was grossly inadequate for a trans pacific flight. Way, way, way to cramped. I will NEVER fly long distance on this plane again. I will pay more to avoid it or not go. I had twice as much room on my next AA flight, a commuter Am Eagle E175. The I had actual JAL planes and crew were great. I would happily go on JAL again and will recommend it to others.
This was the best service iv had on a airplane thus far.
Thank you United for always an excellent flight. pilots are awesome and after your flight they some personallythank you for flying United.
My first time flying with Alaska and I have to say that I was not expecting such a good trip but everything was great and will use them again, well done.
