If you are headed to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), you'll land in one of the frontiers of American history, which offers a vast array of activities for every traveler. The restaurants in the city's North End are top-notch, and an evening spent in Little Italy is always enjoyable. The Boston Public Library is always worth a visit, and baseball fans should stop at Fenway Park to see the iconic home field of the Red Sox, affectionately known as the Green Monster. The John F. Kennedy Presidential Museum & Library is home to a treasure trove of information from his time in office.
Boston is a great launching pad for travel up and down the East Coast. If taking your rental car to locations like Washington, D.C. or New York, you will spend the majority of your time on Interstates 90 and 93. If you're on I-91, head to the National Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, which is an exciting venue for fans of the sport.
If you are making the cross-country flight from Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport (LAS) to Boston, you should expect to be in the air for about 4 and a half hours.
