The front desk clerk who checked us in was incredibly kind and welcoming—she truly provided exceptional customer service and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our king room was extremely comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed during this transitional time. We went during New Year’s Eve so check in and parking was quite busy. Couldn’t find a spot in the loading for valet. But the overall stay was affordable, clean, and very nice. The hotel is super cute and looks like the photos.
