Recently-renovated (2020) 3-bedroom, three-story house in vibrant Parkdale. Our preference is to rent from Feb 1 - March 31 2025, but if someone is interested and has a 2-month minimum, we could have the house available from Jan 4th 2025 until mid April (exact starting start and end dates flexible/ negotiable). Whole house is just $4600 including all utilities and WiFi. (We could consider a reduced amount if we could use the smallest bedroom for personal storage...) House suitable for family/up to 5 people -- we are a family of 6 including a baby (so there are baby gates available if needed!) Huge top-floor master-bedroom with claw-foot tub, bathroom, and skylight. Second bedroom features double-bed and a single-bed with pull-out addition, big bay window. Third bedroom has single-bed with pull-out addition, exposed brick walls, walk-out balcony/wrought-iron stairs. Mid-century modern furniture, guitar, piano, two record-players.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
