Location was easy walk to subway. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Only issue (but this is typical for large city hotels located in downtown areas) is that the underground parking is very tight.

Although a little dated it was clean and staff worked extra hard to meet all your needs. We had a problem with one electrical circuit in the room ( which did not impact our stay). We were given a free breakfast as compensation.

Nice stay, as expected.

Everything was as expected from a Hilton. Comfortable and clean. The front desk person was very nice, remembered my name when I came back because I accidentally deactivated my key with my phone. The warm cookie upon arrival is a very nice touch, especially since most people are quite hungry upon arrival. I really appreciated the cookie. One suggestion, change the lockers in the changeroom with locks that we can create a code or provide locks.
