Great service upon entering the Hotel and checking in. The Concierge asked questions to understand the reason for my stay (Wedding at Ritz Carlton) and recommended a later check out time to accommodate for the evening. The room was clean and spacious after a minimal cost to upgrade.

Rooms are dirty, and outdated. Rooms are small. Bathroom is smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Front desk said renovations started last week. They should state that hotel is going through renovation. For a 4 star hotel and brand like Hyatt. Was disappointed at best
