The hotel was great - the room and breakfast were fantastic. I could’ve done without the head chef barking at his staff during the breakfast. Maybe this is what it takes to run a gourmet kitchen - it’d be nice if the staff could be treated like human beings and not belittled around guests.

This hotel is everything for a stay in Toronto and more. Perfect location to walk to many destinations. We walked to the Roger’s Centre and St. Lawrence market. Check in was easy. The staff are so attentive and know what you need before you do. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely be back.
