Convenient & Easy

Solo tripped for a concert and it did not disappoint! Beds were clean and pillows were soft. I felt safe in the area. There was lots of people. The staff was helpful and kind.
Standard room - 2 Queens. The back panel was a curtain that faced towards the city view, which was apartments. I kept them closed.
Bathroom small but everything you needed was there and it was clean.
Clean shower and the water pressure worked wonderfully

Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant team for breakfast was so friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough about how comfortable I was here! Honestly sad to check out and leave.

The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and transit, making it easy to explore the city. Friendly staff, welcoming, and always ready to help. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us a relaxing stay after busy days out. Overall, it was a great choice for our trip, and we’d happily stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel - in for Blue Jays games, as well as R&R and touring around the city. we found it a perfect location - Clean room, great staff, fantastic location convenient to everything, transit right there if you need it, very walkable, great dining all around the hotel as well as in the hotel. It was a fantastic experience. We walked to the Rogers Center - about 25 min flat walk. The staff were amazing - from check in to the staff at Thirty, to the Breakfast staff (UNBELIEVABLE Service!) - this was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.

Great hotel and location, close to bars and restaurants.The staff are so happy and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was a little on the smallish side but very clean and well stocked. Complimentary tea, coffee and water supplied.Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel bar is very cosy. Great stay and would recommend.

Hotel was excellent! However, a little annoyed with the restaurant staff. They wanted to sit us at a two seat table after requesting a 4 seat table. The restaurant was empty… we decided to leave after her response stating that she wanted to save the table for other potential customers. Besides that Hotel was excellent!
