Had to get maintenance 4 times to fix heating in room Everytime it was fixed if you adjusted the heat it started blowing cold air Also the toilet overflowed which was fixed quickly Apart from that we had a great time

We stay there mainly because of location and proximity to my meetings in the financial district. While the room was clean it was very tired. The bathroom needs work, one of the closet doors doesn’t open and we had issues regulating the temperature. If it wasn’t for the location we would be staying somewhere else. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the coupon for the Daily Ritual coffee shop.

4th time staying here. We usually get the Tower rooms, which are usually very clean. The beds are comfortable, the room spacious and their were a laundry facilities in our suite. This time we stayed in a Historic Suite, which was smaller, and without laundry facilities, but they made great use of that space, and we had a tub and separate shower. The service is also great. There isn't a restaurant attached, and the attached café cannot accommodate allergies, but the hotel's location means there are restaurants everywhere. They also were also quite accommodating with late check-ins and booking errors. Thank you!

Wonderful location, connected directly underground to the PATH, walkable to Scotiabank Arena. Lots of restaurants walkable, as well as close to St Lawrence market. Beautiful lobby, very good customer service and our room was very large and well appointed. Good for long or short stay. Highly recommend.
