"The property is older and could use an update. However, the rooms are fair sized and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with the Expedia breakfast coupons and lunch vouchers, it turned out to be a great deal. The location is also great and close to shopping and restaurants."

"Stayed 2 nights at this new (opened late 2025) downtown hotel and was very impressed. Booking a room through was easy. Checkin was smooth, the room was modern, well appointed, stylish and comfortable. View from my top floor room was amazing. The included buffet breakfast was sumptuous, with great food choices and tasty. Staff that I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. A shout-out to front desk agents Teo and Angela, who were of great assistance. This hotel has a straight-forward, reasonably-priced late checkout policy which suited my travel schedule. This property is in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district, neighbouring the TIFF, and close to everything downtown. I plan a return stay at this hotel when I'm next in town. Highly recommended!"

"Our room was magnificent! I couldn't ask for more! For me, my husband and my little four kids. We had the best fallview right infront by our huge ceiling to floor windows. The room was spacious enough for all of us to combine together! We didn't get the room with a bathtub. That was a bit down failure for us. However, I got the best deal of accommodation by reserving one and a half months in advance. The hotel had a really really nice spa! Actually two of them, but I liked the hotter whirlpool with the massageable airblows. My kids loved swimming in the swimming pool by the spa. We had a brilliant time staying here at Wmbassy Hilton Hotel!"
