The room was impeccably clean. Everything is close by and if you know the underground concourse, you don’t need to go outside too much.

Staff were really friendly. We had an issue with our first room and they moved us right away and gave us a food credit on our account. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The shower was only ok, and leaked quite a bit outside the shower.

Always love the Fairmont, had room service, they burnt our first meal and remade it( before it go to.our room, we only know as they informed us of the delay) second time around they deliver a cheese pizza vs the vegan cheese pizza were ordered. Third time seliverd the right pizza. Refunded our room service bill due to the inconvenience.
