I loved how close it was to the tower and many many dinning options. The areas of improvement is the tv (wished it offered connection to Netflix or YouTube) and obviously it would be amazing if they offered continental breakfast. Oh and the bathtub had some grim/debris in it but the shower was okay. The pool was heated! So lovely and luckily I didn’t miss out before it closed for the season. I didn’t like that my room had shutters for window covers. It felt like it didn’t get dark enough. However I definitely felt like it was worth my money. Parking was good and added onto my bill.

Staff were friendly and the views were wonderful over the water. The rooms air conditioning was awful and as a result the room was very very warm. Also one of the noisest hotels I've ever experienced - the doors on the rooms don't seem to have a slow close so they all slam. I'd expect better from a hotel charging $400+ a night.

Having the CN Tower in the dead centre of our view every time we looked out the window was so cool. This hotel is in a great location - being between the CN Tower, the Rogers Centre and the lake was incredible. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly. The restaurant is on the 5th floor, and having breakfast overlooking the lake was a great way to start our day. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The TV could use a better guide, there was a bit of peeling wallpaper, the windows need a wash, and our sink drained really slowly, but the room was clean and pest free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again, we had a great time.
