"Would definitely recommend! Facilities are great especially the gym, one of the best i’ve seen. Only thing is Steam room was very weak. Christmas buffet had a good selection and breakfast was nice. "

The evening meal (function meal) was also cold. Staff were generally very good, but were let down by breakfast staff on the second day - had to ask twice for poached eggs. A lovely traditional hotel, let down by things which should be very easy to fix. I would return. "
