Super-friendly and helpful over the World Cup final weekend. It was hot in the rooms but a fan and fridge were provided. Full privacy over a several night stay, you only had to ask for towels, etc. Very good shower, lovely sea view and straight onto the Prom. My only comment would be that overnight sometimes rubbish, drinks cans and so on were left outside, so if someone could check that the steps are clean. Would happily recommend

Wouldn't even give 1 star. The room was nothing more than a store room converted into small bedroom and bathroom. The room needs decorating as it had very shabby furniture and walls. Couldn't recommend and staff not helpful.

This was a decent hotel and lobby is lovely and modern but rooms are tired and a bit scruffy. not terrible but little things like odd broken tiles in the bathrooms and mould on the silicone. Reception staff adequate but not overly helpful. bar staff on the other hand were great and very accommodating. Great location for town and the Pier with lots of parking at the rear which is chargeable but not expensive. could be a great hotel with a bit of TLC and maybe some retraining for reception staff.

Good breakfast buffet. Room has seen better days, rather shabby. We were on the 4th floor which was very hot, but there was a good tower fan which cooled things down. The shower didn't work, but reception got someone to fix it at some speed. Only the bare minimum printed information in the room - fire precautions, but nothing about facilities, or breakfast times.

The staff were lovely, especially the receptionist, she was lovely and helpful, very friendly. The hotel need a bit of TLC, our room was very basic and stained carpets and the radiator hasn’t been dusted in a very long time!! Brilliant to have parking and right opposite the band stand which was great to listen and watch from our room!

Lovely hotel, our room, although a little dated was a great size, large balcony, wonderful views. We had a full bathroom which was perfect and also plenty of tea, coffee and milk not like a lot of fancy hotels where you just get two milk cartons. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a good selection.
