We had travel delays, tried to contact the property and they weren't sure they'd have a room for us, saying we were a no-show. We just were informing them we would be delayed, and the lady on the phone said "We can't help you with that," and nearly hung up. When we arrived, the internet kept dropping us for the first several days, and our key cards kept locking us out of our room. We were quite frankly really exhausted from a busy month of work and just wanted a break, but between flight complications, and the resort not helping us, and fiddly frustrations once we arrived, this was just a messy couple of days getting there and getting situated... Once we got settled in though, we started to enjoy our time, but we were not overly impressed and said we would likely try another resort on a next visit to the DR.
