Great Stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all items were piping hot with a good selection to choose from both hot and cold. The only thing I have a slight criticism about is that only two teabags per day were supplied. The balcony was large enough to sit out on (weather permitting) with amazing views.

Lovely hotel

Arrived and found a space and parked right outside as we had a disabled badge we parked there without getting a parking permit from reception. Warm welcome and found our front facing room with balcony. Huge bed, very comfortable, bedding superb!! Amazing pillows!! Room lovely and clean, spotless !! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very good choice of yummy hot food, pastries, cereals, cheese,hams,croissants etc. The restaurant where we had breakfast was well decorated and clean, friendly waitresses and took finished plates promptly. Amazing views from room!!! Would definitely book again. You won’t be disappointed.

At first the stay was amazing. From friendly staff, clean, beautiful room with a sea view and it's in a great location. At first it was looking like one of the best UK hotel stays however unfortunately due to heavy wind & rain we noticed overnight everything sounded a bit too close. We woke up to loud dripping noises and realised the rain was coming through the window vent. We tried during the night to fix this but unfortunately woke up to a big puddle we had to clean. Due to this we didn't sleep well and ended up leaving our getaway extremely tired. Breakfast was good in the morning but we couldn't wait to get home. We told reception of this but nothing was said or done about this unfortunately.

Staff are lovely

Staff, restaurant and food was all perfect. Sea views are amazing. Room was clean. If im ultra critical. There were some cobwebs up near the air con and the bath has seen better days. But, it didnt spoil a nice break. Will be back!

Room was far too hot, AC didn’t work

Overall the hotel was very nice but our stay was uncomfortable as the room (521) was far too hot. The AC didn’t work, and the windows only open a tiny amount. We would have reported the issue at the time but it was too late in the evening.
