Value for money hotel, cheap prices for decent facilities. Rooms definitely felt a little dated but were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the leisure centre and the breakfast was ok for the money we paid. Parking was free for residents. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We will stick with our usual hotel: Delta hotels Tudor park. On this hotel: We asked for a baby cot. They gave it to us without a mattress and said they don’t provide any?? Excuse me???? How is my 1 year old going to sleep? £20 extra pay to check in early (never heard of this) £6 for parking (other places offer for free) £3 per a toothbrush (which every hotel gives for free) When I called earlier in the day around 10/11am on the 11th January, the lady picked up with “yea hello” poor customer service skills. Asks for my name, I give her my name and she says, no I want your last name. I hope calls are recorded and she is retrained.

Disappointed is the best I can say.Jacuzzi and steam room didn't work for 2 out the 4 days we stayed.Heater in the room didn't work on the last day and enquired 3 times .When I asked for a electric heater that was in the bar area I was told that I can come over to get it when they're close at 23:00.That was unacceptable to me and I don't think we're going to stay there again,bear in mind that we stayed 3 times over the years.

Our stay was enjoyable, only problems were the beds were like concrete so not good sleep and usual noise from people slamming doors during the night. Breakfast was excellent as was the swimming pool . Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent large well equipped room with large double bed - linen and room and bathroom were spotless. Ideal venue to take 'time out' after hectic Christmas and before flying out for a holiday. Reception, Spa and Housekeeping staff were efficient courtesy and friendly. Excellent stay excellent value for money.
