Close proximity to the highway staff was excellent very courteous and professional room was exceptionally clean perfect for my short. Stay definitely will come back when I’m going on a cruise in February. Looking forward to it.

It wasn’t the staff they were fine it was mostly the stuff I usually expect at my room like having a microwave in my room instead me walking out side of my room walking down to the lobby all the way to everybody eats for breakfast and a coffee maker in my room it would had been nice to have them instead walking all the way down to the lobby and getting some coffee and the third and fourth thing is my doors from my main door to my room to bathroom door my main door it will get stuck like it had fresh pain out something I had to force it to open ether side from out side to inside the room and the lock on the door hinge I had trouble to opening it up to lock the door and my bathroom it was hard to close it and opening it too.

I made my reservation and paid a month in advance. I called October 28th around 11:30 am to inform the front desk that we would be a late arrival, get there around 3 or 4 am and our room preference. We got there about 3am on November 26 as I said we would previously. The first thing the clerk said after I gave my info is that I should have called ahead which I promptly replied that I did so a month ago. So either the person I spoke to previously did not note down what I said or she did not bother to look at the notes on my reservation. The interaction with the overnight clerk was unpleasant but thankfully short as someone might have already made my key card ahead of time because I noticed my name was written on the inside. The room was exactly what I booked, it was clean and breakfast was good.

I called the reservation number and verified my son could check in at 18 yrs old. He was in Tampa and it was midnight. He had a 4 hour drive to Tallahassee and was exhausted. It was unsafe for him to be on the road. The person at the reservation desk said it was fine. I explained I found the room on Travelocity for $90 cheaper and would book it on line. I did a non refundable knowing my son was just down the street and would be there soon. When he arrived, the hotel clerk would not let him check in, even with me on the phone explaining the situation. They wouldn’t make an exception after I explained that the reservation desk told me it was ok.

This was the worst stay ever. The hotel had two groups which were terrible. They were drinking in the lobby very loud and our room was next to the front desk. kids running my and down hall playing tag.
