Almost got it right

The rooms are always great but the hotel front desk cannot get the check-in process correct. The last two times I had stayed have been an adventure and not a good one at check-in. This last time, they took a while to find a 1 bedroom suite, which I specifically paid for. Then once I was given the room key and went up to settle in, we received a call that we were given the wrong room because housekeeping had not cleared that room yet. So we had to collect all of our belongings and go down to first desk to get new keys. We did not even get an apology. Need to do better!

Clean, updated, close to Disney entrance

Great location. Clean rooms. Every thing was nice, not fancy, not 100% perfect but great for a last minute trip at a great rate. Front desk employee was very nice, polite, and patient. All staff I met were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were a little soft, so I didnt sleep great, but that's personal preference. Shower is large, nice products on the wall, great water pressure with an adjustable spray.

Unsure as to how safe of an environment the location is. Upon arrival customers of the hotel were in the parking lot smoking Marijuana. Not family friendly and very concerning environment to be at.

Overall a decent room for a 1-2 night stay. Especially if you plan on being out most the time. Very clean, which is the most important. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little dated. The mattresses were pretty stiff and the mini fridge was very loud and would wake up us periodically throughout the night. But again, pretty minor issues.

Hotel is in a great location. Can walk to Disney Springs i just over 20 mins. Very Clean and smells fresh. Rooms do show signs of wear and tear. Scratches dents etc. I've stayed here twice and would stay here again for the great price

Lobby is so nice and bright! Step off elevator into a dungeon! Chipped tile, peeling paint, rooms are so outdated and pretty dirty! Pool closes at 7pm? Really? Never heard of a hotel pool closing before 9pm. Air conditioner in room so loud and clunky! Bathroom is so small, shower so slippery! And the corners everywhere were filthy! Beds uncomfortable! Cmon! Do some updating!
