The staff was accommodating. The room was very nice. I love the fact that there was always water and snacks in the lobby. This is the first time not staying on property Disney and its literally a 15 minute walk to Disney Springs.

When my son got sick, Mikalla went above and beyond-arranging everything to make him comfortable and welcomed. Clean Room, Front lobby staff was great. I have lung cancer and requested a room away from others due to my coughing. I didn't want to have others hear me coughing. Outstanding breakfast buffet. A popular fully staffed Bar area. Nice pool area just an Outstanding stay! Will return and stay there the next time I'm in Disney Orlando area.

We were given room 720 which is up against the elevator. It was a long travel day and checked in around midnight. You could hear the elevator ALL night you would hear the clunking and thud noises almost every 30 or so seconds. I almost went down to complain but it was late and my 5 year old was not having it. I had to put on white noise on my phone for both of us and a PM Tylenol for me. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they’d pass it along to the manager. Terrible room with nonstop noise.
