Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Front desk person was not very friendly and was annoyed by the questions I asked. He also told us incorrect information about the timing of the shuttle to the airport. We were not told the shuttle stopped at another hotel and we got to the airport 25 mins late.

Staff friendly and room clean…. But very basic. Only a desk chair in the room for two people to use. No other furniture. The A/C was very noisy, electric shades didn’t work, no ice bucket in the room and even though they advertised an airport shuttle there was none.

Was woken up by a Smoke alarm that kept going off and they came up multiple times to “fix” and never did. They did not make any effort to find the room to fix the detector. It ruined my trip as it would not stop chirping the entire time.

The price quoted and reserved months earlier was over $100 more. How do I get this fixed? Please have one of your reps contact me. I just got off a 2wk. Cruise and saw this.Check-in took an hour. We weren’t given a room until 2AM. The floors made my clean feet black. We will never go there again.

Staff was great. We used the airport shuttle which was also great. Room was comfortable although the road noise made it difficult to sleep. Windows seem poorly insulated and it sounded as though they were open, although they weren’t. We didn’t sleep well and wouldn’t stay here again.
