Stayed here after a cruise because it was cheaper than getting a same day flight. Best decision ever. As a female traveling alone I am hyper aware of my surroundings. It was very walkable with antique stores and an award winning ice cream parlor that super cool within walking distance. Room was perfect. I got there at 930am for a 3pm check in. I called ahead and they were able to get me in a room right away which was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to airport was easy to set up and was on time. It was absolutely perfect and I felt safe. Will definitely stay again if sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale!

Not one of the hand sanitizers was filled. I was at the hotel for 4+ days and never filled. Not one employee had a name tag on. The gentleman who checked me in was great at getting me a room early, as I came off a cruise and I had the Norovirus. I appreciate that. Other than that, every time I came to the desk, it was like I was bothering whoever was working

The only thing I didn’t care for was there was no parking other than valet for $15 per night. The Main Street had no entrance. You had to enter from a side street. This confused us and took longer to check in. Do no park in the parking structure next door.

NEVER AGAIN This location was extremely inconvenient and the parking was quite confusing. The actual hotel I'm sure how it was because the absolutely terrible staff mainly two people: Sam and Phillipe (if that was their real names) were absolutely terrible and I will never go to this hotel ever again. I know every trip is different but I wish this trip had gone well, but it surely didn't. I try not to leave negative reviews since every person is different and every place is different, but I can not let this hotel slide. I wish I had never reserved this hotel. 'Sam' is terrible and is apparently a front-end 'manager' and I know this might never matter to him or anyone but trust me he is rude and arrogant and I know now that I will gladly never go there again.
