My connecting flight left without me while I was stuck in immigration, but the silver lining was getting to spend a pleasant night at Tru by Hilton. From the start, the reservation process was simple, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were wonderful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and my wake-up call came right on time—just what I needed to get back to the airport. Thank you, Tru Hilton, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

This hotel has the best vibe. We felt they thought of everything to make your stay the best it could be. We lived all the options for snacks or meals there. And it was great to have coffee or tea available all the time.

Only “parking” is $15 a day valet. There is a parking garage there but to be safe valet is better choice. Every and any hotel I have ever stayed in offer free water why was the person that was behind me offered water and when I asked, they said it’s for VIP only also I asked for an upper for and they said no nothing available. Meanwhile, the people behind me got the upper floors. It’s just South Florida for you Hispanics taking shoes who they give things to reason I left also, they give you two towels and that’s it and when I thought my room, I’m gonna be cleaned because I didn’t leave anything on the door knob. It was not cleaned.
