I was incredibly impressed by the customer service I witnessed from Paola Cordero. A guest was being extremely rude and disrespectful, yet Paola remained calm and composed. She listened to his complaints and offered her assistance without raising her voice, even when he was uncooperative. Her level-headedness was truly remarkable. The entire team at the Comfort Inn deserves praise for their excellent service. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Only stayed here for one night. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very subpar. We used the airport shuttle, which was free and tips are expected. The shuttle ran on the hour every hour, and it was filled to capacity, but it got us there on time and at our gate. Parking was free for the night and we paid to park for an extended stay while we were gone on an international flight. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight before flying out.

Room was fine. There was no bottle water on the property, I had to walk 2 blocks to a gas station and back at 11:09pm. This is unacceptable!!!
