Felt like it was the worst quality hotel Hilton owned and it was overpriced for that. My daughter even asked me if it was a motel. The building Smelled like weed and the moldy floor of the bathroom disgusted my daughter and she couldn’t even use the bathroom while we stayed.

There was a hole in the ceiling and the carpet was not all the way placed down so sometimes u could feel the nails come through. The room we book also never looked like the picture the quality of the room itself was basic to be charged 600 dollars there was nothing special about it . It was very hard to find parking and was ridiculous that we would have to park across the hotel and walk to the other end after a music festival it was very inconvenient as we were already exhausted and also we had to pay for parking so i dont see why i should have to park on the opposite end of where im at . I also didnt appreciate the front desk asking if i wanted to downgrade my room to 2 queen beds instead having the king bedroom we had already purchased.

Was just there for a huge convention too many extra fees tacked on to a already mediocre room then to keep being charged for 250 every 3 hours for incidentals. Food prices out of this world. Parking out of this world. No cookie. On check in. Too many mistakes on check in and through billing to list.

I was not very happy with our stay considering we had to pay so much as a guest for parking . after a very exhausting day we had to drive around for 20 minutes and park really far from our room . It was extremely inconvenient
