I was told that if we needed anything, we could call the concierge. I had to call three times for a few items that were never delivered. Then the next day I tried to call again and they told me it would be $10 for additional towels. I had a non-smoking room and found cigarette butts. And the furniture was rundown and dirty. When I went to check out, I was not asked how my stay was, I was just asked for my room keys. We will not be staying at this resort in the future.
