My stay at this property was disappointing from the start. At check-in, I tried to resolve an issue with the rate I had been confirmed through the booking platform. The front desk manager refused to help me, even after I showed proof. Strangely, the exact same person adjusted the rate with no problem when my mother checked out, which shows it could have been handled correctly from day one. The inconsistency in customer service was extremely frustrating. That set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was very outdated. The bathroom looked old, the sink was clogged, and the room had a shower-tub combo I really dislike. The linens had an unpleasant after-smell, and the chairs in the room were faded and had dark stains. Overall, the interior furniture and floors looked worn down and poorly maintained. Between the incorrect charge and the condition of the room, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Está es la tercera vez que rento en este hotel y sinceramente no había tenido ninguna queja hasta hoy .A mi nieta se le quedó sus AirPort en la habitación y a la hora de hacer el check out se dio cuenta llamamos al hotel y nos dijeron que ahí no había nada.ASI que si piensas ir antes de salir chequea tus pertenencias parece que el personal no es muy confiable realmente estoy muy decepcionada.

We had a 3 br/2 bath. Room was dated but in decent condition and clean. Old appliances. Nice to have a washer/dryer but dryer took two cycles so you had to stay up late or get up early to make sure your clothes are ready for the day. Mattress was bouncy and old. Not very comfortable. Free transportation was nice once you figured out how to plan your day around it. VERY annoyed with our key cards getting demagnetized after going thru security at the parks. Hotel lobby isn't conveniently located so after walking all day at the parks, you have to walk all the way to the front desk for a new key and then back to the building. The "secure" sliding door you need to use you card to get to the elevators was easily pulled open, so there is no actual security there. "Shopping" is lame. Cheap knock off Disney store and typical Outlet Mall stuff. Their hotel convenience store was VERY over priced. Race-Trac near by was worth the short walk. Balcony was scary w/ a toddler (we were on the 14th floor!) . They secured it with cross bars that made for easy climbing. Had to remove glass tops to end tables because they were easily pushed off by the baby. Water was VERY hot too. Door was easily opened by an almost 1 year old. No cleaning, clean towels or trash pick up unless you pay for them. The price was right and it had the space we needed. But I doubt we would stay again.

It was terrible, nothing like we expected! The rooms were dusty, kitchen had dirty utensils, nasty stove burners with pieces of food, broken flushing in one the bathroom, bedrooms were too bright, with no blackout curtains. The tv with a limited programming was even more disappointing. We were not allowed to open or watch movies and shows on the Apps.

The check process was ok, we didn’t receive any upgrades and we had to wait until 4pm to get our room no early access was given. The rooms were old, run down and very disappointing . The furniture was old and broken, the top draw of the dresser in one of the rooms couldn’t open and they were all scratched up and worn out. We had a king bed with sheets that were too small the fitted sheet didn’t fit so we just removed it. The water pressure was horrible you felt like you needed another shower after taking a shower. The elevator one day didn’t work and we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs. We were there with our mothers one is 86 years and one is 75 recovering stroke patient. They had to stay in that day but luckily by the time we were ready for dinner the elevator worked. On the bright side the people who worked there were very nice.
