The hotel has a great location, right next to Old Town and the park. The room was clean, and the customer service was very good. We would definitely stay here again, especially because of the location. The breakfast was by far the best included with the price of any hotel we have stayed at.

Rooms weren't ready at 3pm, had to stay right at desk to check in because taking names to just sit on the couch of order of people coming in they wouldn't do, no announcement when rooms were ready, who ever walks up at any given moment got preference, meaning all of us were told they aren't ready or one was ready not in a polite matter at all. It was as if we were inconvenience to them. As all the guest day was being wasted/lost waiting. Breakfast ends at 9am so there was a very long line. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast. Coffee was easy to get to, but juices, etc... weren't, so our kids couldn't even have a mornjng drink. Maid service didn't make the beds on our multi day visit, they did empty the trash and replenish towels. Our room face old town which was cool, but they didnt have curtains to block out all the lights from the rides, etc... which affected my daughter's sleep.

The service and breakfast were acceptable, and the beds and bathroom were clean. However, our stay was negatively impacted by several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to old and dirty carpets, and the corners were visibly dirty. The sofa bed was a major concern. The sheets appeared not to have been changed and had hair on them, which was unacceptable. As a family of five, we always use the sofa bed, so this issue greatly affected our comfort. We also noticed cockroaches in the common areas. There was no air conditioning in the common areas, and the air conditioning in the room did not work properly, making it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Additionally, the garbage cans at the front of the hotel were full, creating a poor first impression. Overall, these issues need attention to improve the guest experience.

The room was very clean, just the age of the room was evident in its smell and furniture when we walked inside (we freshened it up so the smell did not bother us during our stay) p. S. Check the toilet, the tank was seeping water during our stay. (I filled out a survey stating this via an email that i got after we checked in). Overall We enjoyed our stay at this location and will chose this hotel if in the area. The staff were all friendly, they greeted us throughout the property. Variety of breakfast items were well organized in each station, food was tasty, those Mikey Mouse waffles were delicious and very impressive, awesome for the location. A staff member occasionally went through out each station and cleaned. The decor of the room was very inviting, searing layout well organized.

The hotel isn’t very clean. We complained that we had bugs in our room and toilet was leaking.., it was met with annoyance. We kept complaining and got our room changed. A few days later we asked for more toilet paper… didn’t come. The pool had no towels at night when our kids were swimming… we asked got towels and they were rude. Even the common areas were dirty. They could definitely keep up their cleaning better. Location is pretty good.
