Love this hotel and have stayed here a few times because of all it has to offer starting with the location it is super close to Old town and the world of food trucks which is a favorite of mine . Also love that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hrs . Not many places offer that !!

This ismy 7th visit to this hotel it is convenient for both disney and universal with the advantage of old town within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and efficiant. The breakfast has less options than previous visits but is still good with free coffee and tea available all day. Pool was nice as was the spa pool and gym. Free WiFi and electronic room safe was a plus. Would use this hotel again.

We had a rough start with a dead roach in the bathroom and a moldy smell to our room, but they switched our room and the next was better, clean but becoming outdated. Bathroom fan was noisy, hallway smelled like a dog, and sheets kept popping off; however, the staff was nice, quick to help, and it was not a dirty hotel. It is walkable to old town, has an arcade, has a small store, clean pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. Good value for the price. We would stay again.

Upon entering my room, I was very surprised but appreciative that the room was cleaner than I expected. I normally buy cleaning supplies prior to checking in, however, to note the room required minimal cleaning was very great. The only downside to the room was the AC had mold, to which I had to clean. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, although, I was unable to use due to the weather. Very convenient to walk to Old Towne. The breakfast was nice. The variety of waffle flavors each day was a nice touch; blueberry, confetti, chocolate, and my favorite, cinnamon. Other downsides for the hotel are the elevators are very slow, they should invest in upgrading. Also, the game room needs upkeeping and upgrades, had a funny smell. I will definitely stay here again, DO NOT listen to the bad reviews on travel websites.

The area is quiet. The rooms are big and clean. Pool area was clean. Being open 24hours was a bonus after a long day at the parks. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Area has a lot of dining options. Will be my go too when visiting Orlando.

Nice place, no complaints of the hotel. However, it’s right across from “Old Town” amusement park, with all the noise and traffic (streets closed) that go along with it. Will find someplace else. Add 2 stars if you like walking to the amusement park!

Nice hotel. My dad rented a scooter than was dropped off before we got there. The battery pack was missing and the staff wouldn’t help us. They just told us it wasn’t their responsibility. I work in customer service and I am trained to go above and beyond for customers even if it’s not our fault or responsibility. They were definitely lacking in that. Luckily the rental company took care of it. That was the only issue we had. The pool and hot tub were great. Nice breakfast.
