The Staff is superb, they went above and beyond for us, the rooms were clean, the master bathroom shower needs a little TLC and the twin beds need a firmer mattress that doesn't spring me up every time I try to sit on it. Other than that, I love Silver Lake!

The rooms were very outdated. It didn't feel dirty but it certainly didn't feel clean. It was spacious but that's the only bonus. The room phone didn't work so there was no way to contact the front desk besides walking to it. They are in association with a time share who are aggressively trying to sell to you if you agree to the breakfast or "free gift." They claimed to have a restaurant but it was more of a 7/11 inside of the hotel. Nowhere to sit down and enjoy a meal. Overall, disappointed. Would not stay there again.
