They had security come knock at my door at 2 in the morning asking for me to verify my name .. the property needs a pool and hot tub for adults only .. most said the staff have bad attitudes , the service sucked and it just didn’t meet my expectations

We love the Caribe Royale. It’s always a great stay. The only complaint we would have (and it’s minor) would be that the pool could be heated a little of a higher of a temp in winter and the market in the lobby is a bit under staffed with very long lines on busy weekends like this last weekend. But this resort for everything it offers for the price is very tough to beat!

It was a nice place. Staff was fantastic. It gets 4 stars for the leisure fee tacked on. That needs to be disclosed before booking. We avoided Disney because of the resort fees only to get hit with this fee.
