The comfy living room is the perfect place to relax from a day on the beach or visiting local attractions with Roku Smart TV. The master bedroom features King size bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, Romeo and Juliet slider door and ensuite bathroom with step-in shower. The fully appointed kitchen has been updated and is perfect to make those family meals or beach time picnics. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer right in the unit. Nearby shops and restaurants add to the convenience of your vacation experience. The property has a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, gas grills, beach access, and assigned under-building parking. Very family-friendly! This is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One dog up to 30 lbs. ($200 Non refundable pet fee). Pet fee will be applied after reservation is confirmed.
