On our last night around 4am in the morning the pipe bursted under the sink in the bathroom!! Thank God my husband knew how to screw it back on, or that unit would have been flooded!! Went downstairs notify the front desk, the associate was fast asleep, had to wait til he woke up. SMH Couldn’t get out of there fast enough!!

The room was very clean and spacious. staff was nice. But, for such an higher price paid, it is most boring hotel i ever stayed, with misisng ambience and felt like was in a rectangular box. Meaning, outside the room, it is just elevator and a small lobby. No space to socialize or move around. You can only hop on and off the elevator, nothing else to do in the hotel. of course there was a small swim pool and gym though. Will never stay again. They should consider adding free bufftet and move around space.

The hotel is nice and pretty but the room blinds don’t close enough and allow the lights from outside into the room could not sleep well. Food and cleaning were ok

Everything from start to finish. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free early check in and free upgrade. Hotel only open since March 2025 so the whole hotel is very well presented and very clean. Room very spacious with balcony overlooking the inlet so nice views of the boats. Restaurant on ground floor, which offers take out food. Room has fridge and microwave as well as a safe. Pool well heated. Towels provided. Small technical.issue fixed very quickly by maintenance staff. I would defijitepy recommend this hotel

This is a brand new hotel. The view from the room was awesome. Parking is located at the garage in front of the hotel and costs $20 for the day. Parking is super affordable for the area. The room and hotel was spotless and very clean.

Entire hotel is brand new, in a perfect location and extremely clean. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful and provided for a great experience. The rooms are HUGE, and layout provides for extra space for the family. Only a couple drawbacks:, the pillows need an upgrade (way too soft and unsupportive) and the music (on our pool view room) was quite loud. Even so, will definitely stay again and would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Clearwater.

The entire hotel was spotless and shiny. Great pride was shown in every aspect of cleaning and taking care of their customers. The desk attendants were outstanding even if it was 2:00 AM.
