The hotel and room were clean and updated about the only positives. We paid for a marina view room with balcony and ended up looking directly at the building next door instead of the marina. No vending machines, make sure you take water if you want some. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows hard. We will not stay there again.

Pretty location. Very central. Close to everything. Nice pool, clean rooms. And cool restaurant/ bar on property. Issues with the TV in the room. No streaming, screen mirroring didn’t work. Air condition was very loud and room would get hot and then blasted freezing air for 10 minutes. Housekeeping only came once in 5 days and didn’t replace coffee, left dirty towels. We had to call the front desk. No place to grab water, snacks and coffee without leaving the hotel. Hot tub was not hot. First day at fitness center… nothing to wipe down equipment, no remotes for TVs. 2nd day there was one remote and a bag of wipes. My review could be better but location was good.

Just got done staying for their grand opening. Clean rooms and if I asked for anything as little as more k cups they gave them to me. Hot tub is amazing and short walk to the beach. We also had great luck with amazing food at their on sight restaurant. Two things I wish knew ahead of time was paying for parking and that the lobby is on second floor. Also stayed on pool side and 7th floor. Get the higher floors to see beach straight from your bed!

The location is perfect, the facility is beautiful and the staff are friendly. With that said, being a new resort, there are smaller touches I would consider: Caffeinated coffee to cover every two day housekeeping and water in the gym would be appreciated. Thank you for the stay.
