We recently stayed at your hotel for my birthday and overall enjoyed the experience. The room was newly renovated and kept very clean, which we appreciated.
However, we were disappointed by the front desk service during our stay. On the morning of check-out, we requested a late check-out due to a nearby jet ski rental and our plans to rinse off after the activity. While we understand that extending check-out times may not always be possible, the manner in which the response was delivered affected our experience. The front desk agent ( an african american lady with a short hair - could not remember her name) expressed reluctance and conveyed the message in a way that felt unaccommodating rather than professional.
We value courteous and professional interactions with staff, and this experience unfortunately detracted from an otherwise positive stay.
We would consider returning in the future if the service environment aligns with the positive aspects we enjoyed (clean, well-appointed rooms) and a more consistent, courteous guest experience at the front desk.
