When I arrived at the front desk, there was a man with a beard and 2 inch long painted fingernails and he wasn’t in a good mood When we got to our room, it was not very clean and it was only a full-size bed not even a queen size bed or a king size bed. The bed was not large enough for two adults The floor was dirty and the items in the kitchen were not complete just a few pieces of silverware missing glasses, etc. the worst part is I did not expect it but they have a $40 per night charge for parking with no availability of self parking

Great location and amenities. Easy check in process and the property felt safe and secure. The room wasn’t terribly clean, a bit run down, and it was loud at night. I stayed in a room on the pool side which also faced a club that played loud music until 12:30am on weeknights. Ear plugs helped but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Mint house was perfect for our New Years Birthday trip . The studio was clean , great kitchen, modern and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient to restaurants, shops , cafes etc . We had a delicious dinner at Il Ritorno and a really fun night great music at The Cage brewery .

Rooms are nice enough with all of the in room amenities, however, rooms are not cleaned properly, as your feet turn black after walking barefoot around the room. Water pressure is so low its near impossible to take any kind of shower I would not recommend since there are better places to stay close by with more amenities (bar/restaurant) for the same price.

It was a cool concept for a unique stay. Mint House is right in downtown which makes everything walkable. The staff was courteous, kind, and anticipated our needs. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The text number for the valet wasn’t working, so getting our car when we needed it was tricky, but overall, the stay was good. The location off Central is really convenient and the room was spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchenette and sitting on the balcony.

There is no self parking, unless you find street parking which is only from 2p-11p. Valet is $25 daily, $40 overnight. Easy access, I was sent everything via text. Easy to find, clean, and great location. WiFi not strong enough to support any consoles. Good stay, would definitely book again!
