My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel! We were looking for a cheap hotel around And this room fit our budget. I asked for a non-smoking room with a good view. I was surprised to arrive in the room and it was very clean and very fragrant and a very beautiful view! The shower was small but with a very high pressure. The hotel is old but for those who are looking for an excellent location, low value and staying more outside than in the hotel this place is perfect! Parking is one block away and costs $16 a day.. but our total was $28. I highly recommend

Great location within downtown St. Pete. Everything was walkable and it’s close to restaurants, bars, Jannus live and the pier. Parking isn’t included though, you must go to a parking garage but that isn’t a big issue since it’s in downtown. Cleanliness and facilities could be better but for the price it was worth it. It’s a historical building. Eddie at the front desk was super nice. Will be back for another stay here!

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's not the cleanest but I felt it was just right for the money especially for where it sits. It's next to the marina and lots of restaurants and bars. There is something for anyone in this area.

The room and hotel were clean, BUT it’s very outdated. Very old furniture and you can hear everything from your room. We hardly slept because of the outside noise. We could hear the cars and music. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. I guess we got what we paid for.
