"Like a hostel for adults. Everybody had their own space, but with a common area for cooking & hanging out, if one chose to, in the morning with coffee, and in the early evening. Easy walk to the Peloton Cafe for coffee and great breakfast. One afternoon we took our leftover pizza from the evening before to a picnic table at the little park right next door. Clear quiet hours keep this a relaxing place to be, where everyone respected one another’s space and time. Opening both windows in our room made the room temperature comfortable for sleeping. It was an early summer hot spell in the city with beautiful blue skies while we were there. We were just too tired the first night to figure it out, and the cooling unit in the room was a little too loud for our tastes, but others might be just fine with it. Definitely not a deal breaker. Super easy parking, considering it’s Capitol Hill! Thank you! "
